A unique program for new Olim engineers aimed at professional integration in the Israeli job market.

What does the program include?

  • Subsidized housing: accommodation at Ibim Campus (near Sderot)
  • Hebrew Ulpan: six months of professional and technical Hebrew instruction
  • Professional training in engineering software (Building System)
  • Licensing assistance: full support in obtaining engineering/architecture certification from the Ministry of Labor
  • Job placement support: connections with leading engineering firms and help finding a job
 

Who is eligible?

  • New Olim with academic degrees in engineering or engineering technicians
  • Up to age 55, with basic knowledge of English and computers
  • Passing an admission interview with the 'Olim Engineers and Architects' organization
 

Timeline:

  • Hebrew Ulpan: November 2025 – March 2026
  • Professional training: April 2026 – June 2026

Project Management
A unique program in Project Management
a highly sought-after profession in Israel.

What does the program include?

  • Subsidized housing: spacious apartments at Ibim Campus
  • Hebrew Ulpan: five months of intensive Hebrew learning
  • Professional training: Project Management in partnership with Elevation Education, including hands-on experience
  • Job placement support: preparation workshops and placement in high-tech positions
 

Who is eligible?

  • High school graduates or holders of academic degrees in social sciences (economics, business administration, management, marketing), industrial engineering and management, or degrees that combine research.
  • New Olim without an academic degree but with professional experience in these fields.
  • Ages 21–40, fluent in English
 

Timeline:

  • Hebrew Ulpan: November 2025 – March 2026
  • Professional training: November 2025 – April 2026
Academia

A wide variety of academic tracks at Sapir College in Sderot
Multiple study tracks to choose from - pre-academic programs, bachelor’s and master’s degrees across various faculties.

What does the program include?

  • Full tuition coverage for those who meet eligibility requirements
  • Hebrew and English language courses (to fulfill requirements), in addition to tuition
  • Subsidized housing in the Ibim Student Village (near Sapir College)
  • Academic tutoring and personal support
  • Rich social activities: workshops, volunteering, local community engagement, and employment preparation workshops
  • Extensive support for learning Hebrew during studies
  • Living stipends for eligible students
 

Who is eligible?

  • Bachelor’s degree: Olim aged 18–30
  • Master’s degree: Olim up to age 35
 

Admission requirements:

  • Passing a Hebrew placement test
 

Timeline:

  • Hebrew Ulpan (based on placement test): September 2025
  • Start of studies: October 2025
